Conclusion
The online process of applying for a birth registration certificate has made this important process more dynamic and hassle-free. Now the process after applying needs to be further uninterrupted. Many of the customers are expressing negative opinions about birth registration fees and the receipt of certificates. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to take appropriate measures in the back office for technically skilled manpower and the processing of new and old birth registrations. The issue of re-registering citizens who have already registered their birth online shows inefficiency in management. Receipt of a birth registration issued by the government online after a certain working day of verification and selection by applying online can ultimately digitalize the country.
