The Bangladesh cricket team arrived in Chittagong this morning to play a three-match ODI series against Afghanistan. However, five cricketers including Shakib and Mustafiz did not go with the team. They have been rested for more than a day to overcome the stress of the tournament. Meanwhile, Siddons did not go to Chittagong with the team as he did not recover from covid.
The one-day series against the Afghans will start from February 23. All the matches will be played at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong.
