Five-time world champions Brazil will play two friendly matches next month. Neymar and Jesus will play against two Asian countries, South Korea and Japan. Coach Tite has announced a 27-member squad for the two matches. Brazil will play against South Korea on June 2 and Japan on June 6.
Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimaraes and Manchester City forward Gabriel Jesus are back in the squad despite being dropped from the squad last time. Real Madrid’s Vini Jr. and Rodrygo, Barcelona’s Dani Alves, Liverpool’s Alisson, and PSG’s Neymar have also been included in Tite’s squad.
A Brazil-Argentina FIFA friendly was scheduled to take place at the historic MCG, Australia’s historic cricket ground. That match has been canceled. The Brazilian Football Association’s sports coordinator, Juninho Paulista, announced on Wednesday (May 11th).
