At the Smartphone and Tab Expo 2022 to be held from January 6 to 8 at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC) in Agargaon, Teletalk will provide visitors with the opportunity to experience 5G with the technical support of Huawei Technologies (Bangladesh) Limited.
In the 5G Experience Zone, visitors will be able to experience and learn about the use of 5G at the individual level, at home, and in the industry.
“We are very optimistic about this expo,” said Muhammad Khan, chief executive of Maker Communications, the organizer of the Experience Zone. “As Bangladesh enters the 5G era, the Experience Zone is adding a new dimension to this fair.”
“This will give ordinary people the opportunity to experience what 5G can do for the first time. We are grateful to Teletalk for taking such an initiative and thank Huawei for providing technical support.”
In this regard, Huawei Bangladesh’s Head of Public Affairs and Communications Ewing Carl said, “Huawei Bangladesh is very proud to be a part of the historic moment of entering the 5G era of Bangladesh. We believe that 5G will change society through a variety of applications at the individual, home, and industrial levels.”
“And Huawei will always give Bangladesh the benefit of its innovative technology because we are working in Bangladesh for Bangladesh,” he said.
In 2018, the company conducted the country’s first 5G trial with other partners. Teletalk and Huawei have been working closely for over ten years to ensure enhanced connectivity in the country. The latest joint venture in this long-term business relationship was the launch of 5G, where Huawei is providing state-of-the-art technology on four sites.
According to the organizers, visitors will be able to buy smartphones and tabs at the Tab Expo.
