The Reader's Guide

A Unique Ramadan Journey

What makes Shanto's journey even more remarkable is the fact that he chose to start it during the holy month of Ramadan. Drawing inspiration from history books and stories told by his father, who worked in Saudi Arabia, he envisions walking through Makkah and Madinah, the two holiest cities for Muslims.

As he walks through the narrow streets and bustling cities, Shanto plans to observe fasting just like travelers did in the old days. With special preparations for sahoor and iftar during his expedition, he is determined to experience the spiritual essence of Ramadan while on the road.

Advocating for Forest Conservation

Beyond just a personal adventure, Shanto has a mission - to raise awareness about the importance of saving forests. As a geography graduate, he understands the critical role that forests play in our ecosystem. His "Save Trees" campaign reflects his commitment to preserving nature for future generations.

While many focus on planting new trees, Shanto emphasizes the need to protect existing forests. By sharing his message with schools and communities along his route, he hopes to ignite a passion for environmental conservation among people he meets.

Representing Bangladesh on a Global Stage

With a backpack bearing Bangladesh's national flag and a heart full of courage, Shanto sets out to represent his country on an international platform. Despite the challenges that lie ahead and the financial constraints of such a massive undertaking, he remains undaunted in his quest to walk around the globe.

As he treks through different countries and encounters new people, Shanto's journey is not just about covering miles but bridging cultures and spreading a message of unity and environmental stewardship. Through his footsteps, he carries the hopes and dreams of a nation, ready to make his mark on the world.
