Despite a close first half, the Greyhounds couldn't keep up with Forest Lake's offensive production in the second half. Owen Waldoch and Braedan Turk led the way for the Rangers, while Braden Bement and Brennan Meyer put up solid performances for Duluth East. The Greyhounds end their season with a record of 10-17.
Cloquet's Battaglia Shines in Loss to North Branch
Jack Battaglia of Cloquet had a standout game, scoring 32 points in a tough 95-85 loss to North Branch in the Section 7AA quarterfinals. Despite Battaglia's efforts, Cloquet couldn't outscore North Branch, with Tyler Manke leading the way for the Vikings.
