On top of that, she was dealing with the loss of her father, Anthony Graziano, which added to her emotional turmoil. As everything seemed to be "piling up," Renee admitted that she felt like she had reached a breaking point.
The Overdose Incident
In a shocking revelation, Graziano disclosed that she overdosed on fentanyl in September 2023 after being misled about the substance she was given. Recounting the incident, she shared that she had no recollection of the events leading up to the overdose and had lost three days of memory. Renee vividly remembered the moment when she was declared dead in a Florida restaurant, only to be revived and spend days in the hospital fighting for her life.
Road to Recovery
Following her near-death experience, Renee made a conscious decision to seek help and get clean. She turned to the Odom Recovery Group in November 2023 to start her journey towards sobriety. This wasn't the first time Graziano had sought help, as she had previously gone to rehab in 2012 for different reasons.

In a statement from her representative back in 2012, it was clarified that Renee's choice to enter rehab was driven by her own desire to improve her life and well-being, especially for the sake of her son.
